Yoga Nidra, defined as “Yogic Sleep,” is an incredibly healing practice that’s accessible to everyone – even those that don’t practice “Yoga.” All you need to do is lie down on your back and listen.
This absolutely magical ancient practice is deeply restorative and rejuvenating and has the power to heal you physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The best part is, this 30-minute practice is equivalent to 3 hours of sleep, in terms of the rest and rejuvenation it gives your mind and body!
