This is as much about feeling your roots and foundation as it is about being present with your inner wisdom and spirit connection.
Being surrounded by people in the same frequency family is the medicine, support, and nourishment your soul requires for its continued growth, expansion, and evolution – and to continue shining as the soul you were born to be.
The work that you and I do is needed more than ever before. We see it in the rise of spiritually awakened beings, we see it in the desire to live differently, we see it in people’s desire for more peace and harmony, and we see it in the collective changes being made to live more in truth - with love courageously leading the way.
Holding the torch and leading the way can feel lonely, but doing it alongside those in the same frequency family will allow you to feel truly heard, understood and supported. Here’s what I know...
To live the life you desire to live and be who you were born to be on a soul level, you must embody the fullness of who you are. Which means, building and growing the roots and foundation to stand strong upon as you expand and evolve in all the ways your soul feels called.
A spirit-led life is nourished and fueled most when we come to realize that we can no longer “plan” our lives the way we used to…we can’t push, force, or grind our way towards abundance and receiving life’s magic. It’s not about control and holding onto expectations. We are being called to surrender and trust in the process. To let go of the reins and have faith. Being able to do this requires a deep knowing of who you are on a soul level and a solid consideration of what your heart requires and desires most.
Embody offers you a place to land and be the fullness of who you are so you can grow and expand in the ways your soul was born to. This mentorship space will support you in releasing what’s keeping you from the growth and expansion your soul is ready for.

The Details of Embody:
6 months with 6-8 other incredible souls.
Monthly 75-90 minute live sessions on Zoom every 3rd Tuesday of the month.
Each session begins with an invocation - a guided meditation with channeled guidance - and then I will share additional supportive soul wisdom to anchor the channeled wisdom.
Each participant will have the opportunity to share what’s present in their heart, life, and/or upon their soul journey at our opening and closing session. Everyone will also be given the opportunity to receive two other opportunities for 1:1 Soul Guidance and Mentorship support from me within the remaining group sessions.
In the sessions between your time to share and receive 1:1 support, as you hold supportive space and presence for the others, you’ll undoubtedly feel deeply supported on a different level as we’re all a mirror of one another. That’s part of the magic of this intimate group offering.
