Third Eye Healing Practices:
Meditation - Meditation - just after 6:15
Yoga Incorporation - just after 57:38 in the video
PLEASE NOTE: be sure you take time for savasana (final rest) after you engage in your yoga practice, movement or yoga posture. Taking a minimum of 4-8 minutes would be ideal and longer is always amazing.
Journal prompts and Soul Inquires:
1. What is a behaviour, relationship dynamic, or situation you want to shift or change all or some aspects of? It’s common to develop a strong dislike for these behaviours, dynamics and/or situations. Instead of simply wishing it to go away and/or putting a bandage on it (and watching it stick around), let's call out all aspects of your connection to it so you can begin to release the hold and default mechanism it has in your life.
The next 3 questions/inquiries will help you with this and spark some ideas on how you can begin making the shifts you desire.
a) What's standing in your way of making the shift or change you desire?
b) When do you engage in behaviour that keeps you from the change you desire?
c) When do you allow the default behaviour or blocks to prevent you from moving forward with change?
For more guidance around this, go to just after 47:47 in the video to hear the practical example I share from my own life.
2. What's something you dream of or deeply desire at this time? Write it down. Imagine your dream gets created. What does it look like? Who’s with you? How does it feel? What does it bring to your life? Imagine and write about it in as much detail as possible.
The meditation from this session will help you with this journal prompt.
3. When we refuse to let go of what’s no longer serving us, we keep ourselves from taking responsibility for what we want - it keeps the block outside ourselves.
a) What do you want to let go of, release or change?
b) What source of blame is keeping you from stepping into this?
For example:
I’m horrible with money because my parents always were
I’m quick to get agitated because my dad had a bad temper
I find it difficult to connect with my emotions or intuition because we never did that in my family
I don't workout because I don’t have enough time
I emotionally eat because my mom did
And the list goes on...
Write down what’s true for you and any behaviour loops or attachments you may be holding to external or childhood experiences.
Facing this is big work. It can bring up fear, uncertainty, insecurity and/or vulnerability.
c) Take a moment to consider what fears/uncertainties/insecurites/vulnerabilities this brings to the surface for you?
d) Knowing that you create the life you desire by way of the choices you make - and you can step into anything you desire. What do you now want to be conscious of choosing?
4. It’s easy to get caught in "your story”. As a way to invite illusion to release and begin to see more clearly, write out the things in your life you are grateful for. Consider questions such as:
What people am I grateful for?
What qualities do I admire in those people?
What do I admire in life generally, and why?
What have I overcome in my life and how has that brought me strength?
What is true for me (what qualities do I have) that I sometimes don't share with others as often as I want to and/or would benefit others?

Additional pieces to be mindful of...
1. Spend time visualizing. Engage with the meditation from our session and you may also like to try this Manifesting Your Dreams meditation.
2. As you move through your day, notice how often you make decisions from an inside/intuitive/inner wisdom place - this can be around movement, action, food, etc. - and how often you make decisions based on external influences. You may find it helpful to journal about what you observe.
3. Draw or spend some time colouring. Drawing/colouring is brilliant for bringing us into the present moment, clearing out the “noise” and allowing us to connect inward. It also allows us to connect in with our imagination.
