Journal prompts and Soul Inquires:

1. How do I source my life energetically? And what creates a solid foundation for me?

2. What habits, behaviours and relationships are serving, supporting and nourishing me? And how can I incorporate more of them? And which ones do I need to shift, change, let go of and/or focus less on?

3. How solid does my foundation and root system feel at this time? And what changes do you want to say yes to?
