Sacral Healing Practices:

Meditation - which you can find around the 4:30 mark in the video

Yoga poses - just after 49:00 in the video

I share several different options here given the fluid energy of this energetic space. Please mix and match as your physical body and emotional space desire.

PLEASE NOTE: I encourage you to be sure you take some time for savasana (final rest) after you engage in your yoga practice, movement or yoga posture. Savasana is absolutely the most important pose of any yoga practice. It's the space and time your body is able to more deeply integrate the all healing benefits you shared with it while in your various yoga shapes - and ALWAYS allows you to land, ground more fully, and feel connected to your center point. Taking a minimum of 4-8 minutes would be ideal and longer is always amazing.

Journal prompts and Soul Inquires:

1. What does being in the fullness of your life experience look and feel like for you?

2. Do you tend to react or respond in life? Which situations do you react in? What do you feel you're desiring in those situations?

3. How well do you allow yourself the freedom to feel, honour, consider and acknowledge all that you are feeling? In what situations, and with what people, is it easier and/or more difficult? How can you invite more feeling, honouring, considering and acknowledgement into your life experience?

4. What brings you pleasure and how can you choose to embrace and receive more pleasure in your day to day life?

5. Embracing the duality of life is a big part of inviting energetic balance for the sacral chakra. I invite you to take a piece of paper and divide it into two columns. On one side, write all the things that give you the experience of pain, sorrow, discomfort, imperfection, dis-ease, agitation, etc. and on the other side write all the things that give you the experience of comfort, joy, perfection, ease, love, etc. Then take a moment to read each thing you've written and receive them equally just as things that are and make up the life experience.

Additional pieces to be mindful of…

1. Spend time in or by water.

2. Meditation is always a great way to support and nurture yourself. Click here to access a variety of meditations I have recorded. Depending on what space your in, I'm sure there's something you'll find supportive (Cultivating Joy, Releasing Anxiety, Manifesting Your Dreams, and many more).

3. Awaken an inner observer to how you move through the week and navigate all life's ebbs and flows - noting your emotions, responses/reactions, allowances, etc.

4. How can you more mindfully express and share more of who you are, and what you feel and desire (i.e. saying no or canceling) without allowing yourself to feel that you are less than or could be rejected, loved less, or seen as displeasing.

5. What could you do or be this week for someone else without having to share this deed with anyone else (depending, maybe not even sharing with the receiver).

6. Engage in and welcome more pleasure!
