Yoga Nidra is super delicious for the Crown Chakra. Click here to find a Yoga Nidra practice.
PLEASE NOTE: be sure you take time for savasana (final rest) after you engage in your yoga practice, movement or yoga posture. Taking a minimum of 4-8 minutes would be ideal and longer is always amazing.
Journal prompts and Soul Inquires:
1. As a summary and way to connect all the teachings of the past 7 weeks, reflect on and answer the below...
What does a nutrient rich root system and solid foundation look like for you?
How can you more deeply embrace the flow and joy of life and deepen awareness of the worthiness and sacredness that who you are?
How can you shift your actions, thoughts and beliefs to support you moving more fully into the beauty of your uniqueness and personal power?
Do you feel fully open to loving and accepting yourself and others? Are your choices and the path you're on reflecting your souls truth and hearts desires?
Do you feel you're expressing yourself from a place of truth and authenticity? With who and who not? Are you speaking and thinking intentions and words that accurately speak to who you are and your hearts desires?
Are you open to the wisdom that lives within and do you trust it? Are you living with the consciousness you need to release and change behaviours that do not serve you?
How well do you truly trust in and accept that all things unfold exactly as they're meant to? Where and in what aspects of your life can you release control? What do you want to invite in so that you can grow, blossom and flower from a place of wholeness, trust and universal connectedness?
2. Be a neutral observer of yourself and take a look at who you are and how you are living your life. Write down what’s working and what isn’t. Do this with awareness and release attachment, blame or excuses. Then consider where and how you want to be more conscious to be and live in greater alignment to who you are and what you desire most.
3. Write down all the labels you have been given in your life and for each one note how this label has affected your life. Consider whether the label is true, how has it served you and has it hindered or catered to your growth? Now write down some new labels that feel aligned with your highest truth and how they will help you change your live life to be even more embodied in the truth of who you are.
4. Sometimes living authentically is more about what we remove from our life than what we add to it. What do you desire to remove from your life to be more of who you truly are?
5. What does living with more trust, faith and belief in the interconnectedness of everything mean and look like to you?

3. Whether you're seen or not, may you know that your reason for being here is to shine your beauty out in the world with a feeling of wholeness and completeness.
